Southwestern Style Handmade Bowl

Here we have a cute terracotta, handmade bowl in the shape of a pig. This was probably made by an individual artisan, most likely in Latin America somewhere, and probably anonymous. Accompanying the bowl is a large spoon, leading us to believe that this was intended for either salsa or guacamole.
It's not possible to estimate a date for this, but it wouldn't be surprising if this turned out to have been made any time between the 1990s to early 2000s, after which time mass-produced trinkets became much more common in touristy areas. If this is your thing, you'll want to know that it's about 7 1/2" long, 5" wide, and 3 3/4" tall. The spoon is about 6" long and fits nicely in the bowl; it also has a hole in the handle. Very much belongs in your Southwestern-style kitchen!
