Pair of Brass Wall Sconces

Here we have a pair of wall sconces made of lacquered brass that are wired for a direct AC connection to a wall switch and NOT operated with a battery. You will need a qualified electrician to properly install these, unless of course you have one available in your household already. Since they are lacquered, they will keep this finish unless you expose them to something like acid rain, which isn't as easy as it once was.
We believe the manufacturer is Montalbano, an Illinois-based furniture company. I say "believe" because we purchased these with a mirror that was manufactured by them, and the two seem to go together by design. The mirror, however, is being held for other reasons and is not available for sale, at least not now. And it's huge anyway.
These sconces are 11" tall, 13" wide, and come out about 7" off the wall. They are used and not in pristine condition, but you can see in the photos their current countenance. The pictures are a little fuzzy where we put one on the wall because of the recent humidity in the area. The other one is shot in better lighting. you can see in both that they are in very good shape for what we believe to be manufacture from some time in the 1990s.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but given that all our items were manufactured as much as 70 years ago, we sell all items on an as-is basis. We will consider accepting returns for certain products; please contact within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return an item.
