Ice bucket with Rooster Motif

This is a bit of a mystery, in that the manufacturer didn't leave any trace of their identity, but it is quite clearly something that would have been popular in the 70s. It's a glass ice bucket that probably came with a set of tumblers, but those appear to have been lost long ago. It's about 6 1/2" in both height and diameter, with roosters and scrolls throughout the side pattern.
Our AI experts think this is from the 60s or 70s, maybe the 80s, but not something it could find on today's internet sites. It's in very good condition; only small scratches from usual wear are visible at all, and the handles, rim, and patterns are scratch-free. Very summery in appearance, and big enough to fit a nice bottle of Perrier-Jouet or Mumm Cordon Rouge or something similar!
