We have two of these: both are 19" tall, but one has a base of about 11" wide, and the other is 9" wide. They match together well, and both are in the pictures; you might not be able to tell them apart! The glass, by the way, looks great, There are some minor manufacturing defects, but nothing like chips or cracks. The candles that you would use for these are pillar candles, 3" - 3 1/4" in diameter. There is a spike at the bottom to hold the candle in place. A home on the water could really use this in the summer!
