Gipar Vetri d'Autore Vase Hand Painted

We aren't 100% certain of this identification, but we are pretty close. This style of glass, the translucency, the signature, the style with which the flowers were painted. It all points to Gipar Vetri d'Autore, a glass studio from the mid to late 20th century in Florence, Italy. The signature matches that of G. Butteri seen on other pieces from the same era, and so while we do not claim 100% certainty, we are about 98.8% sure of its primogeniture.
These types of pieces are all unique, and our source for this was the same as several other unique items; everything was impeccably cared for, and this piece fits in with the rest of their collection. In this case, we find no chips or cracks or blemishes at all, outside of the manufacturing anomalies. Shipping is not something one will want to take lightly here, as such a delicate item cannot be trusted with modern handling techniques. If you are located in the northeast and interested in this item, we will be happy to make special arrangements. It's that special.
