Set of 4 7"-diameter plates, manufactured by Renaud & Co in Limoges, France. We are unable to ascertain the exact date of manufacture, but the pattern is called Ambassador Gold and while still in production today, these look a bit older given the stamp on the bottom. Even if new, they are of great value due to the quality of Limoges porcelain. Gorgeous plates.
Silver plating should only be handled with appropriate silver tarnish wipes or with silver polish on a soft cloth. DO NOT use abrasives! The tarnish will come right off with the proper polish, you need not rub with anything more than your hands. Other metals are dependent on their exact type, but we are happy to email you with our recommendations.
