Another gem from the 1990s that we have available is this hand-painted fish platter from Dansk. These came in several sizes and ours is one of the big ones, which is 17" long and 11" wide. They weigh about 4 pounds or so. The hand-painted aspect of this piece is quite obvious, as there are places where the lines don't quite meet like you would expect from a mass manufactured piece; quite honestly, I appreciate the differences in these kinds of pieces and prefer them over the sterile exactitude of what you find today.
This has no cracks or chips, and I would consider it near mint. There is minor staining on the bottom, and even the original UPC sticker from when it was bought is still there. We tried looking up the UPC code but it is too old to have made it into the database. Truly a vintage item!
