Civil War Commemorative Tankard by Franklin Mint
- Unit price
- /per
This is a heavy, pewter tankard made by the Franklin Mint in 1989 as a commemorative for the Civil War. The bugle is actually electroplated in 24k gold, and acts as the handle. This appears to be completely unused; the bugle is free of scuffing or wear. Weighing just under 5 pounds, this is a serious beer stein! It's about 7 1/2" inches high and has a diameter of 4" at the top; estimated capacity is about 32 ounces, but that is purely a guess. Quite impressive!
