Berry Bowls from Mid Century, Cut Glass Set of five
- Unit price
- /per
Here we have five cut-glass berry bowls from the mid 20th century. It is possible these are crystal, as they make a nice high pitched ring when struck, but we aren't 100% sure, so we are selling them as cut glass. They have a scallop pattern on the outside of the bowls, making for a very nice pattern that is the same on all five. Some of the teeth on the rim pattern are damaged, but there are no major flaws visible.
Each bowl is 4 5/8" in diameter at the top of the rim, and about 1 3/4" high at tallest point. Each weighs a touch over 7 1/2 oz. They remind us of our grandmothers' tables in the 70s and 80s, and could be employed today as candy dishes or holders of some other trinkets. Making the old new again!
